Menu for the Weekend
Upon arriving our registration desk will
be open Friday Morning between
the hours of 8am and 10am.
Hot Apple Cider and cookies will be served. Compliments from your organizers.
Lunch Friday Afternoon:
Of course we will be needing something
to tie you over until dinner. Hearty Soup,
Salad Bar and Fruit.
Dinner Friday Night:
Dinner this evening will be served in the Hyatts Atrium. Enjoy a wonderful Italian Dinner.
Your Dinner Menu:
-Tuscan Bean Soup
-Antipasto Salad of Roma Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella, Basil Olive Oil, Baby Greens, Grilled peppers, Artichokes and Roasted Garlic Balsamic Vinaigrette.
-Roasted Chicken with Gorgonzola Crust and Rosemary Demi glaze
-Bisteca Fiorentina, Caramelized Shallot Madeira Sauce
-Pan Seared Snapper with Artichokes, Olives, Yukon Potatoes and Tomatoes,
Light Saffron Broth
- Orecchiette Napoletani with Sausage, Portobella Mushrooms, Peppers,
roasted Tomato Sauce
- Basil Mashed Potato
- Baked Ratatouille
- Assorted Mini Dessets: Mini Cheesecakes, Chocolate Mousse Cups, Tiramisu, Cannoli, Truffles and Chocolate Dipped Strawberries.
- Assorted Breads,Starbucks Coffee and Tea Selection
- Iced Tea
Friday Night After Competition Snack:
Mix and Mingle with everyone. After dancing all day and night we definitely need some time to relax and enjoy the company of our peers.
Please join us in the Polaris Revolving Restaurant on the top floor of the Hyatt Hotel. Enjoy the views of Milwaukee’s Skyline and Downtown's attractions. Feel Free to come casual and wear your favorite Football Team Apparel. We are having a tail gate.

Breakfast Saturday Morning:
Enjoy your breakfast Buffet with the company of your fellow competitors in the Executive Ballroom on the Hyatt Atrium Level. Breakfast will be served between 7:30am to 10:am.

Waffle Station
Omelet Station

Pancakes with Maple Syrup

Lunch Saturday Afternoon:
We definitely need energy while dancing
all morning. We will be serving lunch in the ballroom for your convenience. Lunch will
be served between 1pm and 2pm so
take your time, eat at your leisure.

- Soup , Salad Bar, Fruit, and Sandwiches.
Saturday Night Dinner and Cocktail Party:
Saturday Evening:
Start with our cocktail party with lots of your favorite hors d’oeuvres and enjoy this evening in the company of all your fellow competitors. The evening will start with an abundance of food for everyone created from our chefs at the Hyatt Hotel. General dance to your favorite music and be part of our different activities to spark up your evening. Of course we are looking forward to our Halloween Costume Party and presentation of awards to our top students, teachers, studio and most enthusiastic school award. We are most certain this evening will top off the weekend.

- Bibb and Endive Salad with Asian Par,
Sun-Dried Cherries and caramelized Walnuts

- Apple Pie A La Mode
- Served Starbuck Coffee and assorted Teas.
